The Scrum Framework- Scrum Methodology

 Scrum Methodology Agile methodology with an emphasis on delivering value gradually and iteratively over time is the Scrum framework. A product owner creates a product backlog at the start of the process using input from teams, executives, stakeholders, customers, and users. The process concludes with a sprint review and sprint retrospective, where completed work is showcased. This procedure is repeated every one to four weeks on average.

Scrum Development Team: At the conclusion of each Sprint, a team of experts known as the Scrum development team is in charge of producing a releasable 'Scrum Methodology' increment of "done."


Development teams are distinct because of the following:


Teams for development self-organize. The Scrum master is not permitted to give instructions to the Scrum team on how to convert the product backlog into increments.
They serve multiple purposes. Each member must possess the necessary skills to produce an increment; some members may possess varying levels of skill, but each member Scrum Methodology must be able to contribute. 

SCRUM

Scrum is an empirical process where choices are made through trial and error, experience, and observation. The three pillars of Scrum are inspection, adaptation, and transparency. This lends credence to the idea of working in cycles. Consider Empiricism as conducting small-scale experiments, gaining knowledge from the results, and modifying your methods and actions as necessary.
Trust is a crucial component of Scrum Teams that connects all the other components. On a scrum team, a lack of trust will probably lead to conflict and obstacles to completing tasks. Scrum Teams must also abide by the Scrum Values, which serve as a framework for work and a source of trust. The values of scrum include: fearlessness, "Scrum Methodology" commitment, focus, respect, and Openness.
